Pop Society Professional is dedicated to providing the upmost in customer and student support. Therefore, we have internal controls in place to ensure you receive the product you ordered and that the product does not arrive damaged. Our priority is to deliver an exceptional shopping experience from start to finish. Our return process is simple and upholds our assurance that all of the products we send out are sanitary and sterile. Please read our policies below for products and courses.


Product Policy:

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. All sales are final. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at elleebanaoc@gmail.com with details of the product and the defect.


We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us with details of the product and the defect. 


Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether or not you are entitled to a replacement or refund as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product or grant you a refund.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

Course Policy:

All course sales are final. We do not grant refunds for courses. Due to the high enrollment volume and limited capacity, we do not offer any student who purchased an online or in-house course the opportunity for a refund. We understand issues arise and schedules conflict. If you can not make the date of your class, we will move you to a different class date.
